Hiring d-teams is never a luxury, but…

A quick search on a topic I’m about to post about points to a similar conversation posted by refactr.

To succeed as a small company you have to be good. You are not afforded the “luxury” of being able to hire B, C, and D-teams to do the “less important project work”.

I had a chance to meet these guys at MinneDemo a few weeks back – sharp guys, fanatical about staying small. It looks like they’ve even made a mantra out of my favorite word, agile. They should try to work a big cat into their logo to reinforce it. Maybe a cougar.

Oh man, I never even thought of adding a cougar to our logo. That is a great idea. Maybe in version 2.0 of the logo. Hoe you guys are doing well. Maybe we should plan a roadtrip out west to visit.

We should talk about putting together BarCamp Nowhere sometime.
