		<description>I&#039;ll sign your proposal, but it might be too logical.  I&#039;m half expecting an O&#039;Reilly type to come out of nowhere with a new, left-field label.  Like the Oregon Web.  (Oregon being a cloudy place that Californians logically migrate to when they tire of crowds.)

		<description>Hi, I read your post with amusement. I propose that we index the decades of the Web. Web 2.0 is 2000 - 2010. So Web 3.0 officially starts in 2010. Hope that helps!
