One of my behavior disorders took over this weekend. I have what’s known as Short-Term One-Track Mind with Unexpected Bursts of All or Nothing (STOM-UBAN.) I’m not sure if it’s the exact opposite of ADHD or just a variant, mainly because I just now made it up.
But after watching Jeffrey and Jake from Skinnycorp speak about Threadless and other feats of Awesomeness at CommunityNext, I think the condition might be common enough to get a support group going.
These are the guys behind Threadless, a community-driven tee shirt retailer and hyper successful machine. Apparently, it isn’t enough to hold their attention, though. They’ve launched Extra Tasty, Naked and Angry and I Park Like An Idiot, just to name a few.
We’ve gotten too busy to let bad habits create good things lately. I think it’s time to change that.
