I'm particularly fond of Drupal, myself. I think the install is more complicated than Wordpress, but any CRM's going to take a lot off your workload. If you're good with CSS and can work with PHP, Drupal's going to do a lot for you. -And I've seen a lot of really nice sites made with Wordpress. No criticisms here.
