		<description>Hey Chris.  I can understand being booked for a period of time.  We get a lot of requests from prospects that don&#039;t have tight timeline requirements, though.  Telling them we&#039;re &quot;booked&quot; just means we would delay a start.  And, except for short periods of time, I really don&#039;t ever actually feel &quot;booked.&quot;  What I&#039;m suggesting is that we need a clear way to express that we&#039;re not interested in certain leads that would keep us from engaging projects that fit us better.  Good to hear you&#039;re busy.</description>
