The site performance took a hit when we added ad tags, and I'd love to correct other areas to make up. As for criticism... I don't even mind the worst of it. I couldn't come up with a good link, but Truemors got plenty of "this site sucks" commentary. If only those posts/rants had your detail, maybe we could have gained from them as well. I tried to be very careful in my post to give what I thought would be useful information while being clear that I don't think it will be easy to fix given the way the plugins work.
