Welcome to charisma18 / thanks for being here. As you might have already guessed, this blog focuses on web ventures, technologies, and marketing strategies. And if you’re wondering how the name relates to that focus, you’re not alone. Charisma:18 is a RPG throw back related to how well a player communicates.  Geek stuff.

Speaking of names, mine is Aaron Mentele (pronounced ment·lee.) I’m a developer and co-owner of an interactive agency called electric pulp. We build websites.

I also co-own an enterprise health assessment software company called Wellstream. Clients include BlueCross BlueShield of Nebraska and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Other projects include our rss filtering service, Feed Rinse and a number of other Web 2.0 and SEM contributions in varying stages of readiness.
